Marketing Intern for Business Communications Firm
LaunchPoint is working with Outfront Solutions, a strategic business communications firm that increases company growth and valuation through marketing and sales excellence, data and AI-enabled technologies.
This position supports the founders and extended team members in activities including administrative to social media, marketing and business development. Activities will include scheduling and taking meeting notes, managing operations (like the company drive and technologies), overseeing schedules, organizing information, creating content (social media), conducting research, and coming up with business ideas for the company and our clients. This position has visibility into the thinking, planning and execution of marketing campaigns, business planning and execution, client management and more.​

Responsibilities:

Scheduling for founders and account teams

Creating and distributing communications
-
Creating, organizing and managing content and shared technology assets (Google Drive, Beehiv, Canva, etc.)

Support social media – researching pertinent articles, participating in posting, researching contacts and creating content
-
Supporting business development - researching potential clients/prospects, creating briefing sheets, proofreading, creating slides for presentations

Track daily news for Outfront and clients, and providing reports
-
Proofread and edit communications materials
-
Submit campaigns and projects for awards

Create spreadsheets and timelines
-
Post events, webinars, podcasts, blog posts, case studies and media coverage to OS website

Supervise the execution of client paperwork (including NDAs, etc.)

Schedule travel, prepare expense reports, general office management

Assist with special projects, research, writing, communications
Advanced Support, Candidate Dependent:

Provide SEO support

Project management for OS associates, interns, partners and contractors

Attending meetings to document agreements and manage next steps

Improving business processes

Updating OS website as instructed

Assisting in Go-to-Market and media plans

Keeping up-to-date with business climate and services of interest to OS
Qualifications:

Excellent verbal, written, and technology skills

Professional appearance for both internal and any external meetings

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft suite (especially Excel and Word), Google docs, Canva, and Squarespace, Qwilr, Beehiv (a plus)

Ability to quickly pivot and handle multiple priorities, follow through and meet deadlines

Strong business acumen

Well structured, thorough and able to operate independently
